Camera-ready submission instructions
Complete instructions for preparing the final version of SIGMOD and PODS accepted papers are available here.
All aspects of the submission and notification process will be handled electronically. Submissions to the SIGMOD Research, Demo, and Industry tracks are made through the SIGMOD submission site (submission to all other tracks is by E-Mail). Abstract submission is only required for research papers. Please read the formatting instructions carefully before submitting at:
*** The submission site will be open from October 18th, 2010 ***
Please also notice the following:
Submissions to the PODS Research track are made through the PODS Submission site:
Submitted papers for PODS should be at most twelve pages, including bibliography, using reasonable page layout and font size of at least 9pt. The SIGMOD style files may but do not have to be followed. Additional details may be included in an appendix, which, however, will be read at the discretion of the PC. Papers longer than twelve pages (excluding the appendix) or in font size smaller than 9pt risk rejection without consideration of their merits.
Please note that you can and should register your paper with the submission site well before the final deadline, even if the paper itself is not ready. You may upload the paper later. When a paper is registered through the submission site, relevant information will be collected, including contact author information. Please choose contact author information (particularly email address) that will be stable through June 2011.
